During business hours you may reach us at 1-800-421-6151. After hours you may reach us through – we will respond as soon as possible but it may take up to one business day.

All orders are shipped for free and sent within 7 to 10 business days. However, if an item is out of stock it may take 3-6 weeks for it to be crafted and shipped. We will notify you if an item is out of stock. On a rare occasion we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship within the standard timeframe or the timeframe stated on an item’s product page. We do not ship or sell outside the United States. We ship via FedEx and the United States Postal Service only.

We request information from you when you create an account. Order Cancellations

Customers have a time period of 30 days in which they may cancel their order. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately. In the event that we are unable to cancel the shipment in time, the normal return policy applies.

Return Policy

Hal Davis Jewelers stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although highly unlikely, if you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All sales are final on any custom-made or special-order items or any items that have been engraved or modified and cannot be returned.

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact us at 1-800-421-6151, or us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your order number when you call or include it in your email. Note: Returns arriving without an RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to sender.
  2. Use the shipping label that we email to you. Please use the original packaging if possible. Include your RMA number and order number, as well as all original packing and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal or certificate of authenticity that is not returned, you will be liable for a $250 replacement cost.

We are not responsible for lost packages being returned. Make sure to include your RMA number on the ship-to address. DO NOT label the package with Hal Davis Jewelers, or any other words that might denote that the package contains jewelry.

An appraisal is a document stating the approximate retail replacement value of an item. It is calculated using current market data, which reflects typical retail prices, in addition to the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of the gemstone(s), the weight of precious metal included in the item, and the craftsmanship of the item.

Your appraisal ensures that in the case of loss, theft, or damage your insurance company will give you an equal replacement of your item. The more information contained in the appraisal, the better chance you have of receiving the exact replacement for that item. Your insurance agency can rely on this appraisal to calculate a coverage rate for your diamond or piece of fine jewelry.
