SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add contact@haldavis.com to your email address book and safe list to ensure you receive all order status information from our team.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your FedEx tracking information.
  • For added convenience, you can always check the status of your order using the tracking ID.
  • For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.

*Business days are weekdays (Monday- Friday) only.

SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES

Complimentary 2-Day shipping is applicable for all online orders.

Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for the preparation and shipment of your order. The shipping (in-transit) time for your order will begin once a tracking number has been generated and will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All orders will be processed on the following business day.

IN-STORE PICK-UP


For added convenience, we offer an in-store pick-up option. If the item is available in-store near you, select the in-store pick-up option during checkout. Once your order is received and ready to be collected, we will contact you notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. We are only authorized to allow the person who placed the order to collect the item in-store.

For security purposes, please present the following when picking up orders in store:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid photo ID
  • The credit card used to place the order

IN-STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE | RETURN POLICY


For all purchases made online at haldavis.com may be returned or exchanged within 20 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition. All packaging, warranty papers, instruction manuals must be intact. Closeouts, special orders, altered items (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Shipping & insurance costs will not be refunded.

In regards to all timepiece orders, you may return your order within 20 days from the date of purchase considering that your watch has not been sized or worn, and the warranty card remains open. Once the watch has been custom fit to your wrist and the warranty card has been activated, all sales are final.

*HOLIDAY SEASON: During the holiday season, haldavis.com extends its return policy. Beginning with merchandise purchased the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and extending through December 25th, merchandise may be exchanged or returned with an original packing slip through January 10th. Merchandise purchased after December 25th falls under the Hal Davis In-Store Purchase & Exchange | Return Policy.

Returning By Mail

In order to process a return, you must first contact us by sending an email to contact@haldavis.com with a notice that you’d like to return your order. If the merchandise is acceptable for return in accordance with this policy, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you to use for your return. The cost to insure & return the merchandise will be deducted from your refund. This cost can vary depending on the value of your item.

These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and Hal Davis Jewelers will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

1. Package Your Merchandise

The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition. Enclose the merchandise, appropriate sales invoice, all packaging, warranty papers, and instruction manuals.

2. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

You MUST use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you along with the Return Authorization Form. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process. Hal Davis Jewelers will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

3. Processing Your Return/Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days.

Please note: Merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange.
